Welcome to the Performance Scorecard System for Washington State Department of Health (DOH)

The DOH Performance Scorecard System is a tool that facilitates regular reporting and monitoring of agency performance measures.

DOH is using the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework to craft scorecards with robust performance measures that help track impact and enable staff and leadership to reflect on strategic goals and opportunities for quality improvement.

Ultimately, performance measurement and reporting will increase our transparency and accountability to the public to drive equity and optimal health for all Washingtonians.
